Elliot Plimmer
Elliot started his career in Essex, realising London was the place to be he went to work for Gordon Ramsay for 5 years at the Savoy Grill and Petrus, he then experienced contract catering at Deutsche Bank running the client dining, he then went on to work at Ace Hotel in Shoreditch as Head Chef. He then got a flavour of retail-based hospitality working at Harrods running the Dining Hall looking after three restaurants. And Currently works at the Royal Over Seas League with Two restaurants, Bar, Two large event spaces seating 130 guests and a concert Hall. And a garden used for alfresco dining in the summer seating 70 Members.
