Joby Wells

I studied Mechanical Engineering at Nottingham University, but realised very quickly that I had no intention of becoming an engineer. I enrolled at catering college merely as a means to learn to cook, but quickly grew to love cooking. After graduating in 2000 I moved to London and have worked in some of the capitals best Michelin Starred restaurants. I had my own restaurant ‘Albert’s Table’ for 10 years before joining the Chelsea Arts Club
