Jonathan Oates
Jonathan currently resides in Hertfordshire, originally from Essex where he first got into kitchens at the age of 15 as a humble kitchen porter. Fast forward 10 years and Jonathan was just leaving Sheffield at the age of 25 with a history degree, and as executive chef of restaurant group of 3, all with Michelin guide mentions. Returning the south Jonathan Worked around the Home counties, most notably in the Buntingford kitchen. Here Jonathan & the team achieved the number one restaurant spot on TripAdvisor for the whole county and won several awards including guide recognition once more. He then moved to the Brocket Hall estate where he oversaw the stately home and members club respectively.
